REGISTRATION AVAILABLE UNTIL NOVEMBER 9, 2020!  Registrants will receive an email with links to join the live sessions and to access the video presentations before the morning of November 9th.


We recommend all conference attendees join IEEE and the ITS Society to gain access to the benefits of membership and discounted registration for this event.  Membership numbers will be required during online registration to receive the discounted rates.













* Scholarships for complimentary registration are available for a limited number of women, underrepresented minorities, and scholars/students from underdeveloped nations. (Application deadline has passed.)


COVERING PAPER PUBLICATION COSTS:

Authors were notified on October 8th if their paper was accepted.  An accepted paper will be published in the proceedings only if the registration and payment for the presenting author is received by the deadline of October 30th.  One presenting author registration will cover the publication expenses of ONE accepted paper in the conference proceedings.  Additional co-authors receive complimentary registration.  If an author is presenting more than one paper, they will be assessed an add-on fee of $150/paper.
