The event will be hosted at UTSA’s student Union. The UTSA Student Union serves as the focal point for events, meetings, dining, and relaxation for the UTSA community. Students from across the University come to the UTSA Student Union to engage in unique social, recreational, cultural, and educational activities. As the community gathering place for the campus, the UTSA Student Union is an inviting and inclusive environment where ideas are exchanged, relationships are built. The union is equipped with state-of-the-art conference facilities including ample of conference rooms, private offices, workstations, projections, coffee break and networking areas. The union has a very strong commuting network with ample of parking spaces.
San Antonio is known as the military city with strong connection to the public sector inculding Air Foce and the NSA. Covid-19 contingency plan. We will continue to monitor the COVID situation as it progresses. In case a physical hosting is deemed unupprovipate, the ISI chairs will move the conference to a virtual meeting through Zoom. Accordingly, there will be structured plans on Zoom for conducting the presentations, social gathering, keynote, and any other related activity. Such decision will be take place 2 months ahead of the scheduled conference date.
